- One successfully clearing the above tests candidate will be eligible for a 6 months training program with HCL Training and Staffing Services. On successfully completing the Training, candidate will be deployed under payroll of HCL Technologies.

# This is a 6 month Training and Deployment Program which addresses critical skills required for desired transformation from student to a best-in-class professional, enabling the learner to launch careers in Apps Skills & Infrastructure Management. In the past 4 years, over 7000 graduates have successfully completed the program and are now deployed in HCL Technologies.
# The Program consists of a 3-month class room training and a 3 month on-job training module. The 3 month class room training is conducted in Chennai / Madurai campus. The 3 month on-job training module will be conducted at Chennai / Madurai Campus. OJT Location is assigned by HCL.
